Ilan Rozenfeld

Ilan is a civil engineer. Ilan graduated from the Technion in 1990 and holds a master's degree in transportation engineering (Technion) since 1994.

Ilan has extensive experience in the field of traffic and transportation design, contractual execution of works in various fields of civil engineering as well as  management and supervision of projects in the field of transportation including roads, railways and airports. Ilan also has a great deal of experience heading the control of the NTA Metropolitan Mass Transit System company for the Israel Ministry of Transportations and the Israel Treasury.

Oren is a civil engineer. Oren graduated from the Technion in 1999. Oren has extensive experience in the field of traffic and transportation design, contractual execution of works in various fields of civil engineering as well as management and supervision of projects in the field of transportation including roads, airports, construction works in ports and development of residential neighborhoods.

Arik Polak

Arik is one of the visionaries who founded Etgar Engineering and consultancy Ltd. in 2013. As a driving force he co-guided the organization for twelve transformative years. During his tenure he contributed to the expansion of Etgar and to the advancement of infrastructure in Israel to where it is today, leaving behind a substantial legacy that continues to inform the company's strategic direction.
