Project Management

Financial Control & Project Monitoring

Since 2021, Etgar Engineering serves as the control company for the Israel Ministry of Transport and The Ministry of Finance for all NTA (metropolitan mass transit system) company projects which include the light rail lines - red/purple/green as well as the three metro lines (M1, M2, M3).

As part of our role, Etgar engineering performs the following services:

Confirm readiness to publish tenders (RFT analysis) for projects over 50 million NIS.
Perform budgetary control of all projects with a total value of approximately 200 billion NIS.
Monitor the progress of execution of the various projects.
Monitor compliance with milestones in the NTA - Metropolitan Mass Transit System work plan.
Preparation of quarterly reports for government officials.
Preparation of Ad hoc reports.
Participate in status meetings with NTA and government representatives.
Technical control of hundreds of accounts every month with an average value of about 0.5 billion NIS
Perform In-depth account control of 30% of all bills.
Control, audit and approve final bills.
