Etgar Engineering and Consulting Ltd. is a company providing services in the field of project management and consulting in the fields of civil engineering and transportation infrastructure.
In this statement, our goal is to optimize the use and improve our service in all matters relating to accessibility and equal rights for people with disabilities.
Our accessibility adjustment was carried out in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Services) 2013 to level AA, subject to changes and adjustments made to the Israeli standard document. Accessibility adjustment was tested in Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers.
Accessibility measures available on the site:
● Support for all standard browsers (such as Chrome, Explorer, FireFox, Opera).
● The site's content is written in clear language and readable fonts are used.
● The site's structure is made up of headings, paragraphs, and lists.
● Navigating the site is simple and convenient and includes accessible and clear menus.
● The links on the site are clear and explain where they will take you after clicking on them.
● Links at the top of the page that allow you to jump to the various pages of the site.
● Written descriptions for images and icons for assistive technologies.
● Adapting the site to work environments with different resolutions (responsive site).
● Stop and start buttons for video galleries.
● ARIA rules have been implemented that help interpret the site's content more accurately and better.
● Accessibility of menus, forms and fields, title hierarchy, tab elements, pop-ups, and more.
Changing the display on the site
● You can increase or decrease the display of the site by clicking one of the “CTRL” buttons together with the mouse wheel or together with the “+” sign to increase or together with the “-” sign to decrease the display.
● Changing the font size will be done using the accessibility menu found on the site.
Users who do not have a mouse or cannot use a mouse can activate the features found on the site by pressing the “TAB” key. Each click will move the cursor to the next option on the site
Pressing the “Enter” key will activate the link on which the cursor is located.
● The site does not include flashing, flickering, and moving content. Where such content is present, it can be stopped by standing on it and clicking the mouse or by moving to it by pressing the “TAB” key and pressing the “Enter” key.
