Compound E consists of development work and infrastructure. Phase one in Compound E and development work for construction by developers.

Main access road with 2 lanes in each direction including a bridge of 100 m in length.

Rosh Haayin east interchange connecting to road 10 and road 5 east, a 1.2 km arterial road section includes water, drainage, lighting and preparations for urban communications and irrigation sleeves.
