Road 611 is part of the national outline plan, TAMA 42, and is intended to lead to a significant transportation improvement for the city of Harish. In light of the rapid rate of development of Harish, it was decided to build a road that will be the new entrance to the city from the south, and will help To connect Harish to the main transportation routes. This project will lead to a significant relief in traffic congestion in the area and will also support the industrial and employment areas of the city. Road 611 will include two lanes in each direction, will be spread over a 2.5 Km route and will connect to Road 574 at the Narbata intersection.
